Runtime Loading of Cesium Tiles
Cesium tiles can be loaded during runtime by spawning a new Cesium3Dtiles actor and setting its URL.
This might be problematic for the digital lab book but could be solved by
- saving which cesium tilesets have been loaded during runtime
- Loading these tilesets anew on DLB connection
Potential problems:
- There is no way to create a LevelInstance/Cesium sublevel at runtime in a way that we need. This might cause issues with DLB and the rotation of meshes/actors when flying to another place in the world
- The originshift most likely would have to happen not only when switching sublevels
