Runtime Loading of Cesium Tiles
Cesium tiles can be loaded during runtime by spawning a new Cesium3Dtiles actor and setting its URL. This might be problematic for the digital lab book but could be solved by 1) saving which cesium tilesets have been loaded during runtime 2) Loading these tilesets anew on DLB connection Potential problems: - There is no way to create a LevelInstance/Cesium sublevel at runtime in a way that we need. This might cause issues with DLB and the rotation of meshes/actors when flying to another place in the world - The originshift most likely would have to happen not only when switching sublevels
