Select Subset of Temporal Layers using layer statistics

For the weighting scheme the user needs to select one dataarray from the available temporal dataset (e.g. one time step) In the backend module functionality is provided to e.g. select a specific time step based on statistics (e.g. the timestep where the spatial average of the parameter is max/min)

Additionally, sometimes it makes sense to use a layer which is a statistical product of all layers over time. Currently, accumulation and pixel wise mean value can be provided by backend
