Filtering data using percentile thresholds

Currently, the filter to select subsets of each dataset can applied only by explicitely defining min/values. An enhancement would be to select data points by using percentile thresholds (e.g. showing all data larger than the median parameter value within the dataset

I suggest to use all data from all available time steps of a parameter to compute the percentiles
