Increase the share of map in the frontend

Currently, I have the impression that at least in the Smart Monitoring Workflow most of my screen is just black without any information. Furthermore the fontsize is too large. If I decrease it by zoom out in the browser another ugly black rectangle appears on the button. All this style issues often hinder me to explore on the map in parallel with what I do in the filter, slider whatever processing tools. I really think when working with spatial data the main focus should be on the map.

I would suggest several minor changes to improve handling.

• Move the description to upper right this will increase room for the map
• Decrease font size
• Change alpha (transparency) value of the "layers panel" and the left panel black backgrounds so that the map stays visible in the background
