create Grid_weights.nc option for entire CORDEX grid

Can the ROI_grid_weights download be extended to include an option for the grid_weights to be 'applied' on the whole CORDEX domain? The current ROI_grid_weight.nc is shown for the reduced lat/lon domain, but Susanne would like to see the grid_weights on the entire EUR-11 domain as well.
