Export of ESGF_ROI data

For additional scientific analysis, it would be useful to export the ESGF_ROI*nc files which are returned from the query (Before ROI weighting is applied), as well as the processed ROI data. This will allow scientists to calculate climate indices, or other variables of interest, based on the original variables.
