Migrate to latest nuxtjs version

The update from nuxtjs version 2.5.1 to 2.6.0 introduced changes that prevented the project to compile. Following the nuxtjs Changelog (https://github.com/nuxt/nuxt.js/releases) some migration steps have to be considered.
