Backend URL-request

The json file used to communicate user selections to the backend module sends a URL instead of a file name: SynopsisWorkflowSettings.ts. For security reasons, only the filename "obs_YYYY.nc" should be sent to the backend module, where the url will then be assembled. See digital-earth/de-synopsis-backend-module#16 (closed)
