The instance runner handling CI/CD jobs tagged with dind or docker-in-docker has been deactivated due to a security flaw in the implementation. If we find a more secure way to implement it, we will bring it back. If you rely on a build runner similar to the old one, you can create a project or group runner for these kind of jobs. see upstream documentation.
