Implement projects

Projects contain collections of workflows. They are stored in the folder of the project (e.g. cruise) like this:

Cruise 42
- tomato_project.json (can be anywhere else)
- station 1

---- workflow_image_survey_overview_1.json
---- wfiso_profile_foldersplit.json (or embed in the wf file)
