Develop one working (demonstration) workflow with Tomato

To make the Tomato project public and advertise it, we need (at least) one working workflow with all the tools implements, all connections between tools established, all documentation of processing steps enabled and using the data conventions behind Tomato to keep all the data and metadata that the workflow processes nicely structured.
