Preparing v1.0.0

• Examples (see also #10 (closed) and !16 (merged))

  • move Example to xorca_brokenline/examples/example_01.ipynb
  • update link in README.md
  • Cleanly re-run example (there's something like In [43] although the notebook is quite short)

• Add version number to setup.py.

• Check test coverage (see #9 (closed))

• Update installation instructions to use git+https://git.geomar.de/python/xorca_brokenline.git@v1.0.0 instead of @master.

If everything is done, we can create a tag v1.0.0
