Loading indicator breaks when rendering is suspended without movement but timeslider is used
The loading indicator remains hidden when the timeslider is used, even though tiles are loading. This may be confusing to the user, or even be misinterpreted as a major malfunction if the source is slow.
Likely cause: load_queried
in TileCacheService
resets the request counters after updating the available/required ratio. The counters are only counting requests if the renderer actually renders (texture & buffer queries).
Temporary fix: Don't update the ratio if the counters are both 0?
