Old language chooser

Starting with mkdocs-material-8.5.6 the pre-build indexing is not supported anymore and therefore the mkdocs-static-i18n plugin is also not working anymore. The remaining multi-language support does neither support staying on the same page while switching language nor a translation of navigation items. Therefore, multi-language support will be disabled in this template until a more practical solution could be found.
