Draft: Add hpc usage instructions

Notes/Instructions on how to work with JupyterLab on HPC systems...

  • Instructions on using the SLURM job script
  • Restructure main README to point to the HPC specific parts
  • Rebase on master to make sure this fits with the already merged job scripts
  • Move relevant parts of the main README here

(See !43 (merged) which addressed part of this.)
