slurm jobs via remote_jupyter_manager.sh

added option to run slurm jobs via remote_jupyter_manager.sh cleanup of remote_jupyter_manager.sh (e.g. use existing scripts) added exit codes to jupyterlab-slurm.sh and a simple search for a conda environment

To test, download this branch and run remote_jupyter_manager.sh without any arguments to see the (new) options.

As the script is used by basically all master and bachelor students, I try hard to make it as robust as possible
