Add six bulk formulas with documentation

Add six bulk formulas in the processing module in the BulkFormula class:

  • Large and Pond, 1981
  • Trenberth et al., 1990
  • Yelland and Taylor, 1996
  • Kara et al., 2000
  • Large and Yeager, 2004
  • NCEP/NCAR (Köhl and Heimbach, 2007)

Some are not defined for parts of the positive numbers and need review. However, this might be a reasonable starting point.
